At your first visit:

• Perform comprehensive clinical exam
• Screen for oral cancer
• Chart existing conditions
• Take photographic records and X-rays
• Discuss specific dental needs
• Review health and conditions of teeth and gums
• Explain diagnosis and treatment options

We ask that you arrive for your first appointment at least 15 minutes early so you can fill out the necessary new patient paperwork. We also ask that you bring:

• X-rays from your previous dentist (if applicable)
• Insurance card (if applicable)
• Government-issued ID
• List of current medications
• Preferred payment method

We appreciate payment at the time of services rendered. If you have dental health insurance we will estimate your portion due. Please be prepared to pay all co-pays and deductibles at your appointment. If you have any questions about your financial obligations, please call us at (914) 937-5900.
